We are happy to replace or exchange products returned within 7 days from the receipt of shipment date as long as it’s returned in its original packaging, unused and sellable condition with tags & labels attached. Please see our terms & conditions as listed.
Any cost of returning the unwanted item to us will not be refunded. Once we have received the returned item, we will proceed to exchange for the items you want to exchange with same value or higher. Any variance in payment shall be made to secure the order and the new delivery cost will be borne by the customer. If the replacement item is not available, we can reimburse you in the form of store credit (dashpoints).
Proof of purchase will be required so keep your e-invoices safely.
*Our Return Policy does not apply to gift vouchers, delivery or installation charges, products sold as special markdown, normal wear and tear after leaving the store and damaged items resulting from misuse.
Returns Terms and Conditions
1. The table below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
1. Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.
2. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
3. Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or
5. Products that fall under specific categories, including food, beverages, household goods, swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footwear, potty training items, maternity belt, health, hygiene related and personal care products and certain baby products (e.g. tethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues, feeding related products).
Products we can’t process for return are listed below:
• Baby wipes
• Milk, food & nutrition items
• Potty training items
• Maternity Belt
• Clothing/footwear items without the original packaging and tags
• Items on sale
• Electronic items where the original seal is broken
• Items that are not in original condition and packaging (For example, it came in a sealed box or plastic packaging and this was removed, broken or torn)
• Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period
• Items that have been assembled, used, altered or installed, unless defective
• Items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels to be intact from the manufacturer
Please note: For returning products via post, avoid standard mail as there’s a high possibility of the returned product being damaged which shall be borne by you.

We will retrieve the incorrect item at our cost and proceed to deliver the product that you ordered as fast as we can!
Almost all strollers, car seats, electrical items and selected products sold at Babydash carry a warranty between 6 months to 5 years depending on the brands and category with effect from the date of purchase or baby’s date of birth. If you face any issues, please contact us or contact the manufacturer based on the warranty card that you will find in the respective boxes.
