Caring for a baby is a lot of work, especially their delicate need of wanting to be rocked and held most times. Some babies are happy to chill out in their crib or baby seat during their non-sleeping hours, however, some babies want extra attention and get fussy if they are not held - which is a completely normal infant behaviour and there is nothing wrong with holding your baby as much as you can. But most parents do not have the luxury of time to hold their babies all the time, and this is where the great invention of baby rockers comes to save the day.
Baby rockers give parents' arms a little break but their babies need to be rocked and held is sorted when parents are not able to. Baby rockers provide motion stimulation that babies find soothing which helps with their fussiness and also, keeps them entertained.
While baby rockers are a great help for parents, there are certain things that you can and cannot do when your baby is in the rocker.
