Tips for Storing Breast Milk
- Bag should not contain 8oz / 250ml
- Store breastmilk in small batches for baby
- Do not add freshly expressed milk with stored milk
- Mark date and time on the bag
Tips for Thawing Breast Milk
- Unfreeze by moving from freezer to refrigerator overnight before using
- Place the bag at room temperature or put in warm water (<37°C).
- Do not heat milk in microwave
- Thawed milk can be stored in refrigerator with in 24 hours and do not freeze.
