1. Put 2 tablespoon (20g) of Groomy Organic Instant Oatmeal Powder into the bowl.
2. Pour warm water (50ml) into the bowl and stir until it well mix.
3. Ready to be serve with baby milks, fruits puree, soup or any ingredients that suitable according to baby age.

1. Not to be given to infants below six (6) months of age unless advised by health professional.
2. Portion size varies depending on baby's age and appetite.
